STI 250

STI 250 is one of the most interesting products CEMSA has realised in the flash welding field.
It is a single-phase butt flash welding machine with 250 kVA nominal power, equipped with PLC, position transducer, proportional oleo dynamic and operator interface with display.

It is foreseen the possibility of programming and storing welding cycles for all applications, obtaining excellent and constant results.

The maximum section that can be welded is of about 3500 sqmm for low-alloy steel and of about 2000 sqmm for stainless steel. The sturdy frame allows obtaining perfect and always constant welded pieces.
The welding machine can be equipped with special tooling for the welding of pieces of unusual shape.
As well 3phase DC solutions are available.
