NEW STAR IS BORN

CEMSA International introduced in the resistance welding market a new type of welder.

Developed in collaboration with a major player in the US HVAC sector, it allows to weld segmented elbows made of zinc or aluminium-zinc. The system uses two independent wire circuits that protect the welding wheels from zinc, minimizing wire breakage.
In addition to the HVAC sector, the solution is also used in the automotive industry. The process, certified for penetrating liquid-proof welding, is also eco-sustainable thanks to the use of an energy-saving inverter.
